Managing Director

Rachel is the Managing Director of Cosyhomes, taking over the business from her father after his retirement. With nearly 20 years in the industry, she’s passionate about maintaining the company’s high standards and takes a hands-on approach to every job, ensuring a truly customer-centred experience. A perfectionist at heart, every job, no matter how big or small, she takes it personally. Dedicated to both the team and the people she serves, Rachel combines her leadership with a personal touch that keeps the business thriving. Outside of work, she enjoys long country walks and spending fun-filled time with family and friends.

Philip

Installation Manager

Philip is our Installation Manager and has been involved with the business for nearly 20 years, stepping into a full-time role in early 2023. A hands-on installer, service engineer, and our go-to repair man, nothing is ever too much trouble! He’s well known for his practical, problem-solving approach and friendly character. He plays a key role in the day-to-day running of the business alongside Rachel. Together they enjoy their three children and Cocker Spaniel ‘Cooper’, keeping busy with family life and the occasional muddy walk.

Gerald

Surveyor

A builder by trade, Gerald has been involved in the window and door industry for some 50 years. After taking over the reins at Cosyhomes in 2005, he established himself as a well-respected force behind its continued success. Now retired, Gerald still lends his expertise, offering advice and carrying out final surveys. Customers appreciate his knowledge and long-standing dedication to the trade, as well as his willingness to find a solution – nothing is ever too much trouble! Outside of work, Gerald enjoys coastal weekends with his wife, always accompanied by a glass of wine or two, and cherishing time away from the office.

Jenny

Office Manager

Originally one of our customers, Jenny now supports the team as our Admin Assistant and knows our service inside and out. She’s known for her bubbly personality and strong customer-service focus, helping keep everything running smoothly in the office. Jenny is always ready to help with any enquiry, making sure every customer feels supported and looked after. When she’s not at work, Jenny enjoys spending time on her river boat and heading off on cruises with the family.

Cooper

Chief Office Dog

Joining us as the newest member of the team is Cooper. He may be the baby of the office but he’s already embraced his role as ‘Chief Office Dog’. Friendly, cheerful, and always up for a fuss, Cooper knows how to be on his best behaviour when visitors arrive. His charm is irresistible, and our customers can’t get enough of him – pop by for a Cooper cuddle sometime; he’ll never say no.  A true spaniel at heart, Cooper is full of energy and loves a good run. He enjoys bounding down the Surrey Hills and weekend adventures in North Devon with his family, making the most of his playful, adventurous side.

Office (mis) Chiefs

Ruby and Winston; our honorary office dog duo. They may not be in the office every day, but when they are they bring extra fun and energy – especially when playing with Cooper! With wagging tails and happy hearts, they make every visit a little brighter…
