We recently got our front door replaced, and Jenny, Rachel and Phillip were amazing. They came over and took some measurements, and within 2 weeks it was installed. Very impressed with the quality and installation, and the team are super responsive to any queries or questions you have. Would highly recommend them!

We just had new windows and a front door done with Cosy Home. They were recommended by a neighbour. We did get other quotes. Yes, some were a bit less BUT the customer service, staff, communication, quality of product and fitters are all top notch. I had a sticking point - the true test of good customer service, it was addressed right away, no quibble, no problem. I only bring this up here to illustrate how professional caring this company are.

We had 6 glass units changed in our home and from my initial enquires to completion of the work, I couldn’t have faulted Cosyhomes at all. Their customer service was excellent and Rachel and Jenny answered any questions I had promptly and honestly. The work was completed to a high standard by Phil and he was punctual, friendly and tidy. Would definitely recommend Cosyhomes to family and friends and will be using them for any future work.

Very happy with the service we received; from measuring up, to advising that one of the windows only needed the glass replaced, to the team that came and installed the windows and glass. They we polite, helpful when asked questions and they tidied up before leaving. Great Customer Service.

Cosyhomes Windows were very helpful. I had a small job and lots of double glazing firms were not interested but Cosyhomes came to my rescue. They were efficient in coming out to measure up and then when they fitted the replacement glass.

Phil and Luke arrived promptly and worked without a break until the job was completed. They were extremely polite, thoughtful (took all window panes around the side access instead of going through the house). They were quiet and professional and I could not recommend them more highly. The team at Cosyhomes have installed new windows, French doors, a stable door and front door for my entire house. I have had extensive dealings with the team, when discussing, quoting, delivering and installing the windows and doors over a period of time. Their service has been excellent. What I valued as their customer was the response to queries, how clear communication was and that any issues were resolved asap. The windows/doors, which I had installed about six months ago now, are great. I have had many positive comments about them. I have double glazed windows, which are excellent at noise cancellation and all round I am very happy with the products and service. I have recommended Cosyhomes to friends and family and will continue to do so.

Their prices are very reasonable and the quality is excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend their products and will be using them again for new double glazed windows in the future.

I'm very happy with the service I have received from Cosyhomes. Rachel came out to view the old windows & measure up. She explained the process and answered any questions I had.
Then the installers Bart & Phil delivered the new windows and did an amazing job putting them in. The weren't fazed by the weather and made sure that any mess was kept to a minimum. The new windows look great. Thanks again Cosyhomes.

Fantastic local company that provided us with great windows and doors. Nothing was to much trouble I found from start to finish Rachel was very knowledgeable friendly with great customer service.
The fitters were friendly, clean workers and did a great job in cold weather.
I can't recommend them highly enough, there price wasn't the cheapest on the market but you pay for quality saying that they are cheaper than the bigger companies that claim to offer discounts to appear to be helpful (but they aren't).
