Managing DirectorRachel swapped the world of television for the family business in 2008 and hasn’t looked back. With expert knowledge of our products, she’s all about helping customers find the right fit—always with a helpful, honest, and stress-free approach. When she’s not at work, she’s happiest out in nature with her husband, kids, and the family dog.
Gerald
SurveyorWith 35+ years in the trade and a builder’s background, Gerald went from loyal customer to business owner in 2005. His hands-on know-how and can-do attitude have helped Cosyhomes thrive ever since. Known for his straight-talking, problem-solving style, Gerald’s always up for a challenge. Off the clock, he enjoys coastal weekends with his wife – glass of wine in hand (and phone nearby).

Office AdministratorLorraine joined Cosyhomes in 2011 to cover a maternity role and never left. Her calm, can-do attitude and organisational skills make her the friendly voice keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. Outside the office she loves baking, cycling, and spending time with her husband and two daughters.

Office (mis) ChiefThe newest member of the team, Cooper belongs to Rachel and pops into the office a couple of days a week (when he’s not snoozing at home). He’s friendly, full of beans, and absolutely adores attention. When he’s not chasing tennis balls or exploring the New Forest, Cooper is happily curled up with his family, dreaming of his next big adventure.
